ABOUT RHYTHM FITNESS

At Rhythm our aim to create a supportive environment where we can help you achieve your goals. Wether your goal is to drop weight, burn fat, build muscle, improve mobility, become more athletic, better mental health or all of the above. Our classes and community are here for you! We focus on performance and how you're feeling and not looking into the mirror. Using heart rate monitor technology we can monitor your performance throughout your training session to ensure you're working at the intensity your need to be.

Our services

To maximise your results inside and outside of the gym we offer meal plans to help you take control of your nutrition without crash diets or nutrition fads. Using our body scan machine we can measure your results to track your progress and help you stay accountable to your goals.
